Really tart. When summer rolls around I'll give it another try adding some rum into the mix.

Chocolate Caramel Brownies

Reviewed: Mar. 8, 2011
Ten Stars!! These are amazing! I used an 8 x 8 metal pan. I was a little concerned because the batter was so thick but it worked out. Next time I won't use as many chocolate chips. After reading all the reviews about being really gooey I let cool for a while after taking out of the oven then refrigerated. Cut a big chunk, throw in the microwave for a few, pop a big spoonful of caramel icecream along side then cover with a little more caramel sauce. Heavenly!

Spaghetti Pie III

Reviewed: Feb. 22, 2011
I switched this up a bit. I left out the sour cream and mixed a brick of cream cheese in with the noodles. I also made my own spaghetti sauce and used chihuahua cheese (a super good creamy cheese) for the topping. I loved it!

I left out the tomatoes and onion and added in a yellow pepper. I deglazed my pan with white wine and used a different pasta. (Had to work with what I had). Great soup! Would make again.

My BF and I demolished these. They were so good. I try not to deep fry anything. So I baked mine at 400 for 10 minutes. They were delicious!

These were a hit. To make it a bit healthier I used 1/2 c white sugar, 1/4 c brown sugar, 1/4 c of butter and 1/4 c applesauce. I love cloves so I did add a bit extra.
