Sesame Parmesan Zucchini

Reviewed: Jul. 16, 2009
I really liked this recipe. The flavor is awesome. I also did not use as much olive oil. However, my zucchini was mushy in the middle. Maybe I cut the chunks to big. I baked at 450 for 10 minutes then broiled on high for about 3 minutes. Will make again.

Church Supper Spaghetti

Reviewed: Jul. 2, 2009
Because the BF does not like onions, peppers, mushrooms or corn I left them all out. I poured half the mix in a baking dish then layed some thin slices of Velveeta on top and poured the rest of the mix on top. I did add more chili pepper. I thought it was pretty good.

Kung Pao Chicken

Reviewed: Jul. 1, 2009
I thought this was pretty good. However, the BF did not like it. I left out the onion, water chestnuts and peanuts. I added about a tablespoon of peanut butter while the sauce was simmering. Definitely triple the sauce. Mine got a little thick so I thined it out with more wine. I served over rice with red and yellow peppers.

Fantastic!!!! I split the recipe in half and it made six nice sized bagels. I jazzed mine up with rosemary, oregano and cheddar cheese. I can't wait to experiment with different flavors.

Very good soup. I left out the chicken and used beef broth instead of water. I also added hot chiles. Next time I will make with some kind of meat.

Santa Fe Style Chicken

We loved this. I left out the cilantro (not a fan) and used cayenne instead of the pepper. I marinated for about two hours then cooked on the grill. Super!

We love this pizza sauce. I skip the anchovy paste but keep everything else the same. So so good! The only sauce I use.

Yummy! I added in a little ground ginger and sesame oil. Made my kabobs with chicken thighs, zucchini and red, yellow and orange peppers. If you use wood skewers make sure to soak them in water first.

Really good pesto. I cut down on the garlic, used sunflower seeds and real parmesan. Super quick to make.

I loved this. I also mixed the parmesan with panko bread crumbs and topped for the last 15 minutes of baking. I used fire roasted jalapenos. It had a wonderful kick.
