Best Marinara Sauce Yet

Reviewed: Aug. 27, 2009
This is a great marinara sauce. Super easy to make too. I paired it with "Cheesy Chicken Meatballs" and "French Baguettes" from this site. Great Meatball Sub!

Cheesy Chicken Meatballs

These are really good. I used turkey, only one egg and regular cream cheese. I paired it with "Best Marinara Sauce Yet" and "French Baguettes" from this site. What a wonderful meatball sub!

Hot Bean Dip

Reviewed: Aug. 24, 2009
Awesome! I only had one can of refried beans so I used that and a can of white beans. I replaced the sour cream with plain yogurt and left out the onions. Threw everything in the food processor and wow it makes a ton. Everyone loved it.

Delicious. With the taste and the perfect way his steak was cooked the BF said this was restaurant quality. No need for any steak sauce.

Jo's Rosemary Bread

Reviewed: Aug. 17, 2009
I don't have a bread machine so I had to do this by hand. I was a little nervous that it would not turn out, especially when it did not rise. I still put it in the oven and man am I glad I did. It was excellent. Just like Macaroni Grille's.

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Reviewed: Aug. 17, 2009
So simple and sooooo delicious. The boyfriend and I don't like mushrooms or onions but we like the flavor. (I know sounds really stupid). So after about 8 hours I took a slotted spoon and removed all the chunks. Took the roast out and added some flour to thicken up the gravy and served over egg noodles. Excellent!!

So Good! I used beef broth instead of vegetable, left out the corn (did not have any) and added a couple of roasted jalapenos and a little fresh lime juice. Delicious!!!

Roasted Chickpeas

Reviewed: Jul. 30, 2009
A great healthy snack. I used one can, drained and rinsed very well. Patted them dry and placed on a baking sheet. I then poured a little EVOO on top and rolled them around. Baked at 420 for 20 minutes, then tured the temp up to 450 for a few minutes. Took them out and added garlic salt, cayenne and lemon pepper. They are so good!

Key West Chicken

I'm giving this four stars because after marinating over night I thought it would have more flavor. It was good but now "Wow". However, the BF said it was one of the best chicken recipes he has ever had.

Zucchini Boats on the Grill

Reviewed: Jul. 27, 2009
I was a little disappointed how soggy these turned out, but the flavor is great. I squeezed out all the liquid but they were still mushy. Next time I will try them in the oven.

Fried Mozzarella Cheese Sticks

These are great. A little messy to make but so worth it. I double coated mine and only fried for about 1 minute. I dipped these little things in Exquiste Pizza Sauce from this site.

I love to make burritos for my lunches. I individually wrap them and then freeze. I left out the onion, refried beans and sour cream. I added a can of garbanzo beans and lots of Tabasco. I also added garlic powder, rosemary and lots of black pepper. Super good!
