Garlic Butter

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2010
Wow is this stuff good! I used salted butter and only 1 tsp of garlic pdr and it was still a little to salty. Not salty enough not to eat... it's way to good to throw out! I only used one clove of garlic. It was great on our steaks and baked potatos!

Perfect Baked Potato

Reviewed: Jan. 26, 2010
Awesome! I took anothers advice and poured a little EVOO into a baggie and rolled the potatos one by one and then put kosher salt on a plate and rolled them around. Cooked four medium potatos directly on the rack at 400 for 45 min. Make sure to put a cookie sheet underneath. I made garlic butter from this site. OMG! So Good!

Triple Threat Fruit Smoothie

Reviewed: Jan. 22, 2010
I used frozen strawberries, fresh blueberries, kiwi, skim milk instead of the oj, peach yogurt and threw in half an orange. Maybe because it is not the best time of the year to buy fresh fruit, but I was not impressed. Sorry.

I did like this recipe, however it needs more liquid then called for. It gets really dry super quick. I cut the cheese in half.

Great recipe. I ran out of eggs so I dipped in skim milk instead. Baked for 15 minutes then dribbled a little fresh lemon juice and Tabasco on top. Yum!

Good soup. However, mine got extremely dry. It really needs more liquid. Great taste though. I used sage sausage. When I make again I will add more chicken broth.

Fantastic! I took some advice and made mine the night before. I sat the rolls on a baking sheet covered with saran wrap and put in the fridge. Next morning put the rolls in the oven then turned on to 400 and baked for 14 minutes. Stick to the recipe. Delicious!

Unstuffed Cabbage

Reviewed: Dec. 22, 2009
Love this recipe. I used a little more cabbage and fried mine in butter first. I used 1lb of ground turkey mixed with a little onion pdr, cayene and fresh garlic. Left out the onion. Baked for 45 minutes. This may sound weird but...I felt it needed a little crunch so I added some croutons to my bowl. Delicious!!!!
