I added this in October of 2008 and just made yesterday. What was I thinking! This dish is total delicious comfort food. I added a little more than 1/4 cup of white wine to the cooking chicken. A must try.

Cheddar Chicken Spaghetti

Reviewed: Jul. 22, 2010
I made some changes that made this turn out awesome. I used a pound of ground turkey instead of chicken. When cooking the turkey I added onion pdr, garlic pdr, italian seasoning, hot sauce and worchestire. I also cooked up five pieces of turkey bacon, crumbled and threw in. I used a little cream cheese, cheddar cheese and monterey jack cheese. I mixed everything in a bowl then put in a glass dish. Topped with a little grated parmesan and homemade croutons. Turned out creamy and delicious.

Flourless Peanut Butter Cookies

Reviewed: Jul. 16, 2010
I should not review this because I changed the recipe. However, they turned out so good I feel I need to. I took others advice...1/2 cup white sugar, 1/4 cup brown sugar and a tsp of vanilla = perfect peanut butter cookie!

Ultimate Twice Baked Potatoes

Reviewed: Jul. 8, 2010
Love these! To speed up the baking process I cut my potatos in half and put them cut side down on a baking sheet with some olive oil. Baked at 400 for an hour. The flesh had a crisp layer on top but when you mash them up you would never know it. I skipped the sour cream and used half a brick of cream cheese. Couple Tbls of milk was plenty for me. To make a tad healthier I used turkey bacon. Can't wait to make again!

Unbelievably Awesome Barbeque Chicken Pizza

Reviewed: Jun. 25, 2010
This pizza rocks! You must make this with Jay's Pizza Crust. The sesame oil added so much flavor to the chicken. I made Exquisite Pizza Sauce and added that to a bottled bbq sauce. Used 1/2 monterey jack and 1/2 mozzarella. Left off the onions and cilantro. Best pizza I've ever made. Delicious!

Pizza Rolls

Reviewed: Jun. 21, 2010
Yummo! They do take some time to make but they are well worth it. I made exquisite pizza sauce from this site (only one I ever use) and used pepperjack cheese. I baked them at 400 for about 13 minutes. Spray the tops with cooking spray and they brown nicely. Ate some and froze the rest.

I to used 1 1/2 cups of half n half and 1 1/2 cups of coconut milk along with 3 egg yolks and instead of the flour 1/4 cup of cornstarch. I made whipped cream from this site.
