Marshmallow Crispy Lemon Pie

I made this recipe for my family and I followed the directions completely other than the fact I had to use cook and serve jello pudding rather than instant(my local store didn't have any). It was delicious and if you like lemon pies this one is really good. It isn't too sweet or too tart! My 2 year old son asked for more. I served it with whip cream! This pie is now one of my favorites! Try it and you won't be disappointed!

Creamy Chicken and Wild Rice Soup

Very good but needs more flavor for my taste so next time I may add a few more spices and instead of cream use milk as others have suggested. My husband loved it the way it was!

Shepherd's Pie VI

Very good withe modifications I made. I wanted to make it with the mashed carrots but my kids won't eat that so i put 1 cup of mixed veggies in the meat as it was cooking before adding to the casserole dish. This was so good!

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

I love meatloaf and this recipe is the closest I have found to my Mom's but it still seems to be missing something I can't quite figure out. But this is the best meatloaf recipe I have found so far!!

Melt-In-Your-Mouth Meat Loaf

I gave this 4 stars because my family does not like brown sugar in the topping! I made the topping without the brown sugar and it was amazing. I made the loaf just as the directions state and it was so juicy and moist.

Turkey Brine

I used a turkey breast since we have a small family and I cut the ingredients in half and I also couldn't find savory anywhere so I left it out and it still tasted amazing and it was oh so juicy!!!

Buffalo Chicken Dip

This dip was gone before everyone had the chance to try it! I did do as others suggested and used chicken breast that I shredded instead of canned chicken(yuck), and that made it taste much better. Thanks for this great recipe!

Baked Chicken Nuggets

Best chicken nuggets ever!!! I used shredded parmesan since i didn't have grated and 2 beaten eggs w/ olive oil in place of butter as someone suggested. Also cooking them on a cooling rack made them crispy all around!!!

Taco Soup VI

This recipe is great and simple. I used left over taco meat and used tomato sauce instead of the juice and also fresh tomatoes instead of canned. I didn't have red kidney beans so I substituted with white. I also added 1 tsp. of chili powder and 1/2 tsp. of cumin and 1/2 tsp of paprika. It was so yummy and easy!
