This the BEST Banana Bread I've ever had! Soft, fluffy, full of Banana flavor and not too sweet. The only change I made was I omitted all of the cinnamon & didn't add nuts. I also forgot to sprinkle sugar on the greased pans. But it is absolutely amazing! Thank you Esther for sharing this with us!!!
UPDATE: I have made this Banana Bread TONS of times. This makes A LOT of bread. I usually make it in small disposable loaf pans but I have also made it in regular loaf pans. I spray my pans but do not sprinkle sugar on the inside. I also recently made it with bananas that were not super brown and ripe and it still came out just as wonderful. This also freezes very very well which we have done numerous times. WARNING if you do not add 6 bananas (I never mash mine, just add into my mix in chunks and my kitchen aid breaks them down no problem) you will not get as much banana flavor!
