i tried this recipe with 1cup sugar and the recipe's call for lemon juice and it was good but To0 strong for my taste, ithink next time will make it with less lemon juice... i want to try it woth orange juice as well (maybe with a few drops of lemon jioce for a kick) thank you and recommended

Brunch Scones

i am new to the "scones zone", i gave it 4 stars cuz it seems for me that it needs more sugar for more flavour! i didnt have currants and am not a fan of raisins so i added dry peach cut to pieces (mayb with currants it would taste sweeter), next time ill try it with more sugar as i said and nuts; am thinking almond and/or peanuts... all in all it was a good one

Big Soft Ginger Cookies

definately a 5 star recipe.. i used butter and it was perfect; the only comment is that the amount of molases mayb was too much that it started to stick in the teeth(i doubled the recipe) ithink next time i would skip the molases part.. however it has great taste, highly recommended

Cream Cheese Frosting II

hi, i dont think we have cream cheese from where i come from, i would like to know exactly what it is and with what i can substituet it? for example is it like kiri cheese? i tried it with the cinnabon frosting and it turned out to be good indeed, but is it kiri cheese?? (i rated 4 stars cuz its like the frosting i made with kiri and it was yummy)
