My Special Shrimp Scampi Florentine

I made this on New Year's Eve for my family. It was delicious. I used the recipe as a guideline which means I didn't measure anything out and substituted ingredients with what I had on hand. This is what I did: EVOO to cover my pan bottom; frozen chopped mustard greens with fresh plum tomatoes diced along with a squeeze of fresh red pepper paste, and half of a small jar of Delallo artichoke bruschetta; one half Meyer lemon juice; and 30 large raw peeled Tiger prawns topped with a sprinkle of dried crushed red pepper flakes. Cook until the shrimp are pink/tender. I served it all over Jasmine rice. It was a hit. Thanks so much for this recipe, I love being able to use allrecipes as a custom recipe generator. Broccoli Cheese Casserole

Dave's BBQ Sauce

I made this because I had run out of my bottled sauce...and I will never buy bottled sauce again. My family loved it and even my little 6 year old that doesn't like meat loved it on country style pork ribs. Thanks for the recipe!

Slow Cooker Chicken and Dumplings

This was so yummy...I tried mine on the stovetop....using one can cream/potato soup...two chix breasts, one soup can of water, one small pat of butter on low for 30 min. Then added chopped celery, one carrot, minced dried onion, poultry seasoning, garling powder and one Tbsp of chix Better than Bouillion...let that cook for another 20 mins or so. Then shread the chix, add frozen peas and add one can of homestyle buttermilk biscuits sliced into quarters on top with the pan lid on...(added addtl water, non fat 1/2&1/2 and a little more Better than bouillon to taste) let the biscuits sit for about 15 min with the lid on, then stir well to coat with gravy....oh my gosh so yummy.l I will definately do this one again! Rave reviews from the family, especially the little one!
