This was so yummy...I tried mine on the stovetop....using one can cream/potato soup...two chix breasts, one soup can of water, one small pat of butter on low for 30 min. Then added chopped celery, one carrot, minced dried onion, poultry seasoning, garling powder and one Tbsp of chix Better than Bouillion...let that cook for another 20 mins or so. Then shread the chix, add frozen peas and add one can of homestyle buttermilk biscuits sliced into quarters on top with the pan lid on...(added addtl water, non fat 1/2&1/2 and a little more Better than bouillon to taste) let the biscuits sit for about 15 min with the lid on, then stir well to coat with gravy....oh my gosh so yummy.l I will definately do this one again! Rave reviews from the family, especially the little one!
