Simple Whole Wheat Bread
This was only the 7th loaf of bread I have attempted to make, ever. They have all turned out okay, but this was the best, and so quick and easy. Living at altitude(a mile high), I have always been hesitant to try. However, I followed the directions given with no problems. I did bake 2 9x5 glass loaf pans on convection at 350 for 30 min. This is my go to recipe from now on.
