Ramen Coleslaw

This is such a fantastic recipe. My husband and I LOVE it with shredded chicken. Its easiest to do by shredding up a rotisserie chicken and tossing it in. You get a great lunch out of it.

Baked Kale Chips

These are delicious! I baked them on 330 (as another reveiwer suggested) but it took my kale just under 8 mins to be perfect. They are a wonderful snack, they taste a bit like veggie chips only lighter in texture of course. Great recipe for left over kale.

Blueberry Drop Cookies

I made these for a Blueberry festival. They were delicious! The lemon flavor matches the bluberry flavor perfectly. I omitted the almond extract and increased the amount of vanilla to about 3/4 tsp. I'm making them again right now.
