Panko Crusted Mashed Potato Cakes

These is great recipe to use your left over mashed potatoes! I didn't have any left overs, so I used the Betty Crocker boxed kind. I let it chill in the fridge for about 2 hours. I had trouble keeping the potatoes stick in the patty. Next time I will use real mashed potatoes and I think it'll be much better. Also, this recipe had way to much pepper for us, so I will likely cut the pepper in half. I think a little bit of shredded cheddar cheese mixed the potatoes would add a nice touch. Overall excellent starter recipe - so thank you! I'm always looking for something different to do with potatoes.

Crispy Rosemary Chicken and Fries

This came out just okay for us. I may have done something wrong because ours did not come out crispy at all. I think it was way too much oil. I also only used dried herbs because thats what I had. I will try again using fresh herbs and cut back on the oil. I used chicken breasts cut in half, like tenders, and put in for just the 2nd 1/2 hour as previous reviewers suggested.

Honey Roasted Red Potatoes

These were really yummy! Not too sweet. I did add more salt, and broiled them for about 10 min after baking for 35. (we like our potatoes crispy on the outside). Definately stir them a couple times while baking. There might have been a little too much butter...or not enough potatoes. Either way a great new recipe to add to my list!

Chicken A La Yummy

I made this last night and both of us were a little disappointed. My husband and I love red wine, and it was my first time cooking chicken in it. The wine I used was a blend of zinfandel, merlot, and cabernet (same wine we drink all the time). I followed the recipe exactly, but only used 2 chicken breasts, so maybe I just had too much seasoning on each piece. I must say it did smell wonderful and looked delicious! But the flavors didn't come together at all for us. Not sure if I'll make again.
