Scott Hibb's Amazing Whisky Grilled Baby Back Ribs
I would not make these again with the lower quality ribs. I think it works better with better quality meat.

World's Best Lasagna
I must have mis-read the recipe and done something wrong. After adding the crushed tomatos, tomato sauce, and tomato paste, I realized this recipe would be heavy on tomato! I found the "sweetest" italian sausage I could find, but there was nothing exceptional about the sausage. Perhaps a better sausage would contribute. I cooked twelve lasagne noodles which resulted in two layers (six noodles per layer, right?). I had extra sauce after the third sauce layer. I layered that over the top layer of sauce. My wife and son disliked the recipe. I have to admit I could taste too much tomato paste in the sauce. I cannot believe this recipe rated so highly as is. The next time I make it I am going to substitute fresh, seeded tomatoes for canned, crushed tomatoes; one can of tomato paste versus two; fresh parsley versus dried parsley; and a better grade of italian sausage from somewhere. I could not recommend this recipe as is!
