I have made this several times now vs. other butter chicken recipies and still love this version. Only made a couple of tweeks to mine, I used cubed chicken breast instead and about a 1/3 cup of ground chachews instead of the cornstarch and water (based on a few other reviewers and a number of Indian friends who have mentioned that they NEVER use constarch to thicken sauces). Also I usually leave the yogurt and the half-and-half on the counter from the start so they warm a little by the time it's mixed in. I also mix those in very slowly to keep it from curdling - which has happened once or twice if I add them too fast and too cold.

I am in LOVE with this recipie, the first time I made it the whole family was silent through out the whole dinner. Ha ha, we were all too busy eating this wonderful dish. I made no changes to it whatsoever, love it just the way it is!!
