Bromley Coleslaw

Very good recipe love using the honey in place of sugar I used some dehydrated onion. Put right into the dressing worked great. I don't always have green onion on hand. Thanks for the recipe. I did back of on the amount of honey so it would not be too sweet.

No real changes except I made without the crab. Just had too much asparagus on hand and wanted to use up. This is very good as is.

Addictive Sweet Potato Burritos

Reviewed: Feb. 8, 2011
Man oh man these are good. Only made them because of the reviews and they got a thumbs up in this house. I cut the recipe in half and still lots left over. Hearty and very healthy. I served with salsa/sour cream/guacamole and veges and dip. Almost like a fun dinner. Used low fat cheese. Also was not spicey enough so used 1/2 package taco seasoning in the beans. Good goood gooood....

Will let you knowif I win.WON!!!The Challange and this one took us over the top...Will make again with a good glass of port or brandy...Fantasticooo!!

Fantastic recipe/I did not use the mint as we do not like it. Think the sauce would work well with chicken as well. Give this max rating..

Rachel's Tomato Basil Soup

Reviewed: Nov. 5, 2009
Excellent/ used the canned fire roasted tomatoes/sauted half small onion and one garlic clove at the start then added remaining ingred/used olive oil in place of butter and fat free 1/2 and 1/2, only added enough of it until the color was right to our liking. Great base to start from. Only two of us and over a couple of rainy days here in SC we finished it all.
