I am a wife to my husband of 5 years and a stay at home mom to my wonderul 9 month old. :) I love cooking. I am always looking for something new to try out and my husband enjoys being the guinea pig! I also love reading, anything to do with crafts, garage saleing,and hanging out with family and friends.

I really love to cook anything...but I love when the holidays roll around so that I can do lots of baking.

Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Muffins
Very good and pretty low in fat! I left out the nutmeg and cloves by preference. I used 3/4 tsp. cinnamon and used brown sugar instead of white. delicious!

Oma's Cottage Cheesecake
I was really suprised. This is a great cheesecake. Next time I will add a little more sugar but otherwise tasted great! No one even knew it was cottage cheese.

Mom's Zucchini Bread
This is very good. The only thing I did different was sub half of the oil with unsweetened applesauce and left out the walnuts. So very tasty. My three year old and 2 year old inhaled it!
