Hot Fudge Ice Cream Bar Dessert

Reviewed: May 25, 2010
I made this for a "Cake Day" at work and it was a CRAZY HIT! Everyone couldn't believe that I had made it out of ice cream sandwiches! I highly recommend this for any kind of work function where you want to knock the socks off everyone!

Roasted Garlic Cauliflower

Reviewed: May 25, 2010
This is pretty tasty! I'm always looking for new ways to make vegetables and this is definitely a keeper. I did a couple of things differently. When I put it in the oven, for the first half, I had a lid on my casserole dish. I also didn't broil this, I just turned the oven to 500 for 3-5 minutes and it was perfect!

Mama's Best Broiled Tomato Sandwich

Reviewed: May 25, 2010
I wish I could give this recipe TEN stars! This has to be my most favorite summer sandwich...EVER! I will only make this with fresh, homegrown tomatoes. I probably make this 2-3 times a WEEK in the summer and I can't get enough of it. The taste is SO good! You MUST make this sandwich! I use a pie plate to marinate my tomatoes and it works perfectly...since I only make one sandwich at a time (for me!)!

Salisbury Steak

Reviewed: May 25, 2010
This was absolutely DELICIOUS! This was my first time making Salisbury Steak...and the first time I've had it where it wasn't a TV dinner. It was very easy to make and WAY tasty! The only change I made was that I added a cup of hot water mixed with a beef boullion cube and some cornstarch. Best gravy ever! Will definitely be making this again!

Asian Style Meatloaf

Reviewed: May 25, 2010
This was very, very tasty! I followed the recipe exactly except I used all ground beef and bread crumbs instead of broken up slices of bread. I'd definitely make this again one day!

Garden Veggie Pizza Squares

Reviewed: May 25, 2010
I love this recipe! However, I do make quite a few changes. I pretty much double up on everything so that I can make a thicker crust and so that it takes up an entire cookie sheet. This is perfect for making ahead of time, but don't put the cream cheese/ranch mix on the cooked dough until the day of (otherwise it'll get soggy). My toppings of choice are: broccoli, carrots, green onions, red pepper, and cheddar cheese. I try to cut the veggies as small as possible. I always get rave reviews whenever I made this, but I have to admit, the chopping of veggies is VERY time consuming...but VERY worth it!

Hot Onion Dip

Reviewed: May 25, 2010
This is always a hit at work functions! I made a few changes, though. First, I sauteed the onions with some garlic before baking this. Secondly, I add in about 8 ounces of shredded Swiss cheese. I should also note that I used fresh Parmesan cheese, not the non-refrigerated kind that comes on the shelf. My chip of choice is Frito Scoops! Definitely a keeper!
