Kellogg's® Chocolate Scotcheroos

I originally gave this recipe two stars because it was SO rich and heavy after I made it. I could not even eat one square. Well, I let them sit over night and tried them the next day and they were delicious! I just suggest giving them several hours to set so they won't be so rich.

Banana Banana Bread

I was pretty disappointed with this recipe. I like banana bread to almost be like a dessert. A sweet treat. This is just...bread. Considering all the great reviews I'm sure it must be good - I think I'm just looking for something different. Something closer to what I'm used to.

Penne with Chicken and Asparagus

Even though this dish had great reviews, I was hesitant because it sounded a little bland. Not the case! This dish has a light feel (not covered in sauce or anything) and is so satisfying. Just make sure you add enough spices and flavor to the chicken. Very good!

Honey Mustard Grilled Chicken

I don't have a grill so I cooked the chicken in a skillet and it was still delicious! I love honey mustard so of course I love this.

Greek Penne and Chicken

I left out the onion at my boyfriend's request and it might have made the dish less impressive. My father said, "there's something missing." They thought it needed more spice, which I agree. This dish is good if you are looking for something light - a pasta without a thick, heavy sauce.
