Amish Breakfast Casserole
Just made this for breakfast with a side of French toast, mixed berries and cinnamon rolls on this snowed in WI morning. BIG hit everyone loved it. I used cream cheese instead of the cottache cheese since I was out, worked out great. Next time I will try a sharp cheese and see how that turns out, but its definitely a keeper!
