Like a lot of others, that first Thanksgiving turkey. Still frozen and the paper sack of giblets still in there.

I think this could be better. I didn't find it overly salty at all and thought the potatoes needed a little sprinkle of salt and pepper as they were layered in. The meat mixture had great taste, but is dry. The 3 layers are very distinct with nothing tying them together. It needs more gravy in my opinion. Thanks for the recipe.

Oven Roasted Ribs
Made for Recipe Group. Really good flavor on the sauce. I used Heinz chili sauce. I covered the pan while cooking although the recipe doesn't say covered or uncovered. I think next time I would drain the juices off when I add the sauce and then cook uncovered the last 30 minutes or so. Thanks for the recipe!

Shorecook's Cashew Brittle
