Quick Chicken Divan

I wanted to try a quick casserole dish and chose this Chicken Divan recipe, I also added cauliflowe, mushrooms, celery & onion to it. It was wonderful!

Parmesan Spinach Balls

As a child I never liked Spinach until my grandma made these, she would never divulge the recipe so I am glad I found it on here! These are great!

Cheesy Corn Casserole

Tandoori Chicken II

This was a great version of my favorite Indian meat dish, was just a bit too spicy for my kids though. Our local Indian restaurant's tandoori chicken has more of a smokey flavor than spicy.
