Red Velvet Cake I

light fluffy,and delish. This icing is easy to make and tastes good if the cake is eaten quickly, but after a day or so the icing gets,... well hard to describe, but definitely less yummy.

BAKER'S Easy Chocolate Truffles

I followed the directions exactly, a rare event, and the cake was Very Wet. I had to burn the outside, to cook the inside, and it was domed. When I shaped the cake, to layer however, the inside was perfectly moist and tasted great!!! I will make this again, adding less milk, and review again.

good the way the recipe is written, but fantastic with fire roasted tomatoes, and cilantro and cumin on the side. also, be very careful to FULLY brown the onions and garlic, as that is really what makes this pop!

This is a great recipe! As always, I mix things up a bit, I will often add lemon juice right before serving with bread, and (I live in houston, this goes GREAT with tex-mex) I usually put in some chipotle pepper as well!

Spanish Moroccan Fish

I changed it quite a bit, used a lot less fish, used extra fire roasted tomato, and used 2 fire roasted hatch peppers. I think I would have like the original, but I made it more toward my husbands taste.

Honey Wheat Bread I

This is the best wheat bread recipe I've found. Even my husband likes it (he thinks most are to heavy, or crumbly). I put in whatever extras I have at the time, flax seed, brown rice, sesame, poppy, walnuts, almonds, sunflowers, etc. It always turns out perfect!!
