This was very good Tuna Casserole. I did make a few changes; I used a mix of yellow, orange and red pepper because that is what I had in the freezer. I also used Cream of Chicken b/c I didnt have any Cream of Mushroom soup. I used butter instead of oil to saute the veggies. and I did not have any pimentos so I didnt use them. It was still very good, probably the best Tuna Casserole I have ever had.

Pecan Pie V

I made this with just the change of baking it at 350 for 15 mins and then 55 mins at 300. It came out perfectly. Even my dad, who said he didnt like pecan pie loved it! I will be using this recipe again, thank you very much!

Pasta Carbonara

The only changes I made to this recipe was to add chicken and mushrooms. Oh and I used 10 strips of bacon, we love bacon. I think the recipe is missing some spices. It was very good but I think with a little seasoning it will be as good as Olive Gardens. Will make this again, thank you for a quick and easy meal.

Smashed Cauliflower

I cut back the chicken broth to 1 3/4 C and it was still runny. I also made the mistake of trying to mash it with a hand blender and that just didn't work well. Next time I will use the food processor. The flavor was good but needs some work on the texture and consistency. Will make it again though. Thank you

Parmesan Chicken

The only change I made to this was that I baked it at 375 for 30 mins. It was a big hit, the whole family loved it. Thank you very much for such an easy, delicious meal!

Yummy Pork Chops

I made this recipe exactly like it calls it for, did not change anything. I would consider these, alright pork chops, instead of yummy. They are different from the norm and a change of pace. Was not really diggin the tanginess of it. Thank you for the recipe.

I followed this recipe to a t and it was alright. I think the soy and w sauce was too bold in it. I think next time I will cut out the w sauce and double the amount of cream cheese. I think with a few adjustment it will be a great recipe, thank you!

Chicken Milano

The only change I made to this recipe was that I used only about 1/4 cup of dried tomatoes. I was having a heck of a time chopping them so after half way I figured it was close enough. It was a very good meal just the same. I will make again. Thanks for the recipe.

Fettuccini with Mushroom, Ham and Rose Sauce

Baked Ziti with Sausage

I only change I made to this recipe was that I cooked the onion with the sausage. I will make this again, the whole family loved it and the only change I will make to it next time will be to cook the onion with the sausage. It is a very good recipe. Thank you very much.

Alfredo Sauce

The sauce had a really good flavor and the whole family loved it. The reason I only scored it a 4 is because it was way too thick and stringy. I think next time I will try using milk instead of the cream. Thank you for the recipe.
