Rainbow Clown Cake
My daughter & I made this last year to bring into school for her birthday. I used gel food coloring but the colors came out like pastels when it baked. I would use more food coloring to get the vibrant color that is shown in the picture.

Blue Cheese Chicken Wing Dip
This dip is great! The following are the minor changes I have made: I use the precooked chicken strips (Perdue) and Frank's Buffalo Wing Sauce. First I melt the cream cheese on low & then add the blue cheese dressing (I like to use Ken's). Once melted it gets spread in the pan. I then melt the butter & add the wing sauce and the chicken strips (which have chopped up) to it. Once all incorporated pour over the cream cheese/blue cheese and bake for about 20 minutes and then add shredded cheddar cheese and bake for an additional 10 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips and enjoy!

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie
These cookies are a great addition to your recipe box! I chill the dough for about an hour and then bake them. They always come out soft & chewy.
