Chicken and Peppers with Balsamic Vinegar
I marinated the chicken in vinegar and soy sauce beforehand, didn't add the basil or onion but instead added some grated ginger and chili paste. I cut up the peppers like confetti and the last one I cut in rounds. Even my 3 yr old loved it! A great recipe to start with. The perfect summer sizzle with a little extra stuff for kick!

Baked Teriyaki Chicken
This was good! Nice and tender. I doubled the sauce and it was just enough. A little salty but it's a great basic recipe.

Ants on a Log
This is the best snack for toddlers. I have a great variation on this - Tropical Ants on a Log! Mix crushed pineapple with cream cheese and then add the raisins (or craisins) I made it for our Easter party at preschool and everyone loved it. yum!
