Husband-Friendly Chicken Pizza

Reviewed: Sep. 24, 2014
Excellent recipe! I made minor changes to suit our tastes. Firstly, I covered the cooked chicken in ranch salad dressing and let it sit for an hour or two, to absorb the flavor and keep it moist. I subbed fresh mozzarella cheese for those listed, and sprinkled with a small amount red pepper flakes in lieu of the jalapeños. For me, between that and the paprika, there was just enough "kick."

Garlic-Parmesan Croutons

Reviewed: Sep. 24, 2014
Outstanding! I used 3 left over potato (hamburger) buns. With the amount of bread I used, there wasn't enough butter mixture to fully coat everything so I drizzled olive oil on top before baking (and sprinkled with additional Parmesan and garlic salt). The combined flavors of oil and butter really worked well (though I'm sure the recipe, as written, is just as good)!

Rosemary Ranch Chicken Kabobs

Reviewed: Aug. 18, 2014
I doubled the marinade (though I first halved the oil, salt, & sugar) to toss it with orzo & cooked broccoli. I also used half the amount of rosemary because I used dried rosemary. Was out of Worcestershire but it didn't seem to be lacking without it. I cooked them in the oven on metal skewers under the broiler for 5 min, flipped and cooked 5 min more. Easy and very flavorful!

Profanity Salmon

Reviewed: Mar. 26, 2012
Used this recipe as a guideline but made the sauce with: greek yogurt, wasabi paste, soy sauce, lemon juice, agave syrup, and diced garlic. Seasoned the salmon with salt & Chinese 5 spice. Topped with onion before baking in foil. Outstanding. I'm also going to try the sauce in tuna salad instead of mayo.
