I made this yesterday and my husband (who prefers beef roasts to pork) has already told me how good it was for lunch and can't wait to eat leftovers tonight. The only changes I made were I used a boneless pork butt roast, reduced the amount of caraway seeds, and added garlic powder. I browned the roast on all sides before cooking in the crockpot on low for about 8-9 hours. It was so tender and flavorful. I also made a gravy that was delicious over the pork and mashed potatoes. Will definitely make again!

I made this last night to use up some strawberries. I brought it to my husband's work straight out of the oven and it was completely gone before the pan even cooled. I'd call that a success! I don't usually care for box cakes but this recipe improved the taste tremendously. The only thing I changed was the flavor of Jello. I only had cherry on hand but I think it added a nice tartness that balanced perfectly will the sweet cake and ripe strawberries. The marshmallows added that chewy, crunchy edge and bottom. YUM! Will definitely make this again and play around with different flavor combos.

This crust is fabulous! It is very versatile. I was looking for a fast and easy but delicious crust for a Lemon Meringue pie when I decided to use this one. It came together very easily. I used the Saran wrap tip someone else mentioned and it made it even easier. I added a little lemon zest to mine just to compliment my filling. Since I only needed a bottom crust I had some leftover so I used it as the crust for Pecan Tassies from this site and they came out great as well. The lemon zest also went with the pecan filling rather well. I will definitely be using this again.

Wow. These are soooo good! My husband absolutely loves pecan pie and requests the mini versions all year long. I have tried quite a few different recipes using different crusts and whatnot. These are hands down his all time favorite. I have to say, mine as well. They're so quick and easy to make and the outcome is delicious. Crunchy on the outside and moist and chewy on the inside, they almost have a dense brownie texture. I've been hassled for another batch since making the first so I told my husband I can only make these once a week. That was last week so naturally the second batch is in the oven as I write this! This is a great basic oatmeal muffin. Since it was a pretty small recipe I went ahead and made them as the recipe states (with the exception of one added tsp of vanilla) so that I could see what the plain version tasted like before trying different variations. They have a very mild, not too sweet oat flavor with a light, slightly chewy texture. These would be great with just about anything added in but I think I'll try banana nut and apple cinnamon versions first. However, I think the plain goes well with jelly or jam. I tried mine with Candy Apple Jelly from this site and it was delicious! I will definitely be playing around with this recipe. Thanks Robert!

I found this recipe very quickly while making dinner. It was so quick I had it in the oven before we ate and they were done as soon as we were ready for them. I loved that it didn't make a huge pan becaus we would have eaten them all! Without telling him the name of the recipe my husband said these were THE best brownies he's ever had! Great texture, crispy on the edges and soft but chewy in the middle. I added a little extra cocoa powder, some walnuts and left off the frosting. This will be my new go to brownie recipe! This was really tasty! I made a few changes after reading other reviews. I used regular applesauce and added one apple shredded. I added the sugar to the shredded apple and let it soak for a bit to pull out all the juices. I put one and a half packets of the oatmeal in the batter and mixed the remaing half with butter, brown sugar, and a little flour for the topping. It has a very good apple flavor. Will make again!

This is a very moist and light cake. My husband (who is not a big lemon fan) couldn't wait for it to cool all the way and ate quite a large piece! Changed a couple things though-omitted lemon extract because I didn't have any, used 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 lemon juice and for the glaze-1 1/2 cups powdered sugar, 3 tb lemon juice, 3 tb melted butter, 1 t lemon zest. I'm sure I will make this again, maybe with a blueberry glaze next time!

So easy and delicious! I made my dough not realizing how late it was getting so I decided to wrap it up, put in the fridge and finish the next day. I wasn't sure if they were going to come out right but they were so good! and easy!

My husband and I both loved this recipe! Yummy! We stayed in for NYE last night and I threw this in my crockpot and let it go while we played Wii :). So good we had seconds and today ate all the leftovers while watching football. I used IBC root beer and Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce. I didn't add quite as much bbq sauce as called for so I had a thinner sauce. Delicious! This may become a tradition around here :)

Delicious and so easy! I cut the recipe in half and used about 1/3 cup less sugar than called for and it was the perfect balance of sweet and chocolate. I used on "Butter Cake" recipe on this site made into cupcakes. My husband's favorite is yellow cake with chocolate icing and he ate 4 cupcakes before I could finish frosting them. Yummy!

This recipe is great for a quick, filling meal. I added a can of white beans for a little something extra. I would definitely suggest baking your own tortillas...the flavor is so much better than store bought chips. I used flour tortillas and sprinkled them with sea salt and garlic powder. yum! Will be making this again soon! :)

This recipe is super easy and definitely melt in your mouth as the description says! I did take the advice of kathleen in the preparation, mixing after each addition and baked at 300 F for 16 minutes. I brought them to a family Christmas party and everyone loved them. My brother-in-law told me it was the best texture in a shortbread he's ever had. Yummy!
