Fluffy White Filling

This was anything but light and fluffy...more like heavy and lipidy.....My testers, and myself, felt it was very heavy and over powered the cake

exactly what I was looking for! I used a touch more water, as I live a "mile high" in Colorado, but this is a great recipe!
