Chicken In Basil Cream

One of my very favorite recipes. Do use fresh basil if possible. This is a restaurant quality dish that is sure to wow your guests. Even my husband who is not so much of a herb lover rates this dish 5 stars.

Juiciest Hamburgers Ever

Reviewed: Apr. 30, 2012
I prepped these burgers and then headed to the lake for a few hours when I came back hubby had grilled these up and said "Those were great burgers and really Juicy" LOL so I guess they passed the test. Even my cold burger was still juicy. Great recipe! I used 3 lbs ground beef, 2 egg yolks, 3 handfuls of Italian bread crumbs, 1/4 c milk,3 T Worcestershire, 3 cloves garlic 1 T onion powder. They were just the burger I was hoping for.

Homemade Crispy Seasoned French Fries

Reviewed: Apr. 30, 2012
These were the best fries ever and really easy to prepare and cooked up fast too. I also used the batter to fry up some pickle slices and they were wonderful! I used garlic and onion powder and Tony Chacheres for seasoning. These are awesome.

Minister's Delight

Reviewed: Mar. 14, 2009
We call this dump cake. Sometimes I use one can and sometimes two depending on what I have on hand. I like it both ways. I dont eat sweets that much but my family loves loves loves this. It rarely lasts over night. I use pecans or leave them out they actually prefer it made without nuts.
