Garlic Prime Rib

Reviewed: Jun. 19, 2011
You really can't go wrong with this recipe! I thought for sure I was going to ruin this beautiful piece of meat when the fire alarm went off due to the 500 degree oven burning the oil. I had to take out the meat and cool the oven. So I cut down the beginning roasting time by about half and just finished the slow cooking like the recipes says. Still turned out perfect despite the debacle. I was a little embarrassed trying to impress my boyfriend but he still absolutely loved it!

Caesar Salad Supreme

Reviewed: Jun. 19, 2011
This is the perfect Caesar salad dressing recipe. Everyone loved it. It's always best to use high quality parmesan cheese and I also used anchovy paste instead of whole ones. I used the left over dressing to make chicken caesar sandwiches the next day which were a hit. I will only use this recipe from now on. thanks!

Roasted Red Pepper and Tomato Soup

the perfect soup for a cold day. It was very filling and delicious. I like the others used canned diced tomatoes instead. much easier and quicker and still turns out amazing

Pork Tenderloin with Dijon Marsala Sauce

Reviewed: Jun. 19, 2011
Great recipe! I used a pork loin instead of a tenderloin which needed some extra time in the oven. I also didn't have a full cup of Marsala wine so I used a splash of other good red wine. Turned out delicious, my family was very impressed.

Baked Pork Chops I

Reviewed: Nov. 3, 2010
this was the first time I made pork chops so I was a little nervous, but I followed everything as it was written and it turned out amazing! The only thing I added was some fresh sage, only because I have so much of it and I was just trying to use it up any way I could. I chopped some leaves up and sprinkled it before I put the flour on. I thought it added a nice gourmet feel (even though it was super easy to make) I can't wait to make it again!

World's Best Lasagna

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2009
I love this recipe. I did make minor changes: I hate fennel so I found Italian sausage without it (difficult to find) and didn't add any extra, I also doubled the cheese, cause you can never have too much cheese! Other than that, I followed the recipe and it came out sooo delicious.

Banana Sour Cream Bread

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2009
this is an awesome recipe. It was just the right amount of sweet and soooo moist. The touch of cinnamon and sugar on the pan gave it a nice little sweetness to every bite. Everyone loved it!!

Easy Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Jun. 16, 2009
These were super easy to make, I highly recommend this recipe. I rolled the cookies in some sugar before I put them on the baking sheet to make them extra sugary. You can also sprinkle a little cinnamon with the sugar to make some snickerdoodle cookies, so its a two in one recipe!
