Chicken Bouillon Rice
Im giving this recipe three stars because it really needs some revising. I used one bouillon cube per one cup of water and added butter, salt, pepper and oregano to taste. I also added some broccoli pieces. Turned out great! Perfect side dish and any left overs are great for lunch!

Grandmother's Buttermilk Cornbread
I have made these a few times and they always come out so good! Both times I made them, I completely forgot the buttermilk. So I made my own buttermilk by putting two tablespoons of lemon juice and a little less than a cup of milk in a bowl. Let it sit for five minutes and its instant buttermilk. The cornbread still tastes great too! My husband eats these until they are all gone. Its a keeper!

Easy OREO Truffles
AWESOME!! These were so good I had people stopping by the house just to try them after hearing how good they were! I didnt change a thing except using less oreos for the crumb topping. Instead of 9, I used 4 and I still had more than enough left over. I did, however, use all 36 oreos for the filling. The dipping was a bit challenging so I used two forks to pick the balls up. Dont be discouraged when you see the fork marks -- they get covered when the chocolate runs off. After sitting in the fridge for a few hours they look amazing! I will definitly be making these again....and again!
