Finally, I've found THE recipe for blueberry muffins, these didn't last long in my house with 3 kids and husband :D To all of those people who said they were bland, I just think they didn't follow the recipe properly - I have passed this recipe to every one I know and not a single person has ever said it was not good....and in fact have converted most of my friends and family members recipes from their "old" one to this very tasty improved version!! LOVE THEM!!! :D

Fluffy Pancakes

WOW!! Thanks for not keeping this recipe in the family!! These were great!! I usually use Bisquick; we have pancake lunch every Sunday; and I was out of pancake mix!! I didn't want to run to the store just for pancake mix and thought I would look up a recipe for them. I have never made pancakes from scratch; and I must say; too easy; my family loved them! Thick batter; fluffy pancakes! I used shortening as the recipe called; but I see other members say it's great with a butter/margarine sub. I think I will try that next time just for kicks! Again; thanks for the recipe; I WILL NEVER BUY PANCAKE MIX AGAIN!

Scotch Shortbread II

This recipe states that it makes 36 cookies. I only got 15 cookies out of it. So, make sure you are careful, it also depends on how large you want your cookies to be.
