Pesto Pasta with Chicken
The whole family enjoyed this yummy dish. It was very quick and easy! I did substitute the Oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes with Dry sun-dried tomatoes (they were half the price) simmered in boiling water 3 minutes, drained, then added 1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar, 1 tablespoon of olive oil and 2 tsp. of fresh chopped oregano.

Shipwreck Stew
My ex-mother inlaw makes this and to date I have not been able to make it as good. She use stewing beef and 1 can of el pato tomato sauce. The el pato kicks it up a notch!

Classic Spanish Sangria
Great recipe! I have used this several times. Last time I used smoking loon cabernet with a blackberry flavor. This time MadHouse Wife Cabernet, but wished I had used there Merlot has more of a blackberry flavor. I also had to make a non-alcoholic batch so I used a 64oz bottle of Red Grape juice instead of the wine and rum, perfect!
