My family is from West Virginia they are very southern cooks from gravy to corn bread. Love Family get togethers!!!

Recreated my favorite dish from a local restaurant. Submitted the recipe and waiting for it to be approved.
My cooking tragedies
Burnt chocolate in puppy chow right before a x mas party really ... who screws up puppy chow :(

BBQ Pork for Sandwiches
Everyone Loved it. I used Sweet Baby Rays for sauce. I did use pork butt instead of ribs which will make it slightly fattyer but not enough to make much difference.

Cream Cheese Jalapeno Hamburgers
My friend requests these burgers every time she comes over. I added an egg to hold the meat together. Kick it up by adding Dry Ranch mix and Worcestershire Sauce to meat before stuffing!!! (Recipe on this site for "Dry Ranch Style Seasoning for Dip or Dressing" A+++)
