very good!! I feel less salt is needed, then you can taste the fish and the juices more.

It's not the best but pretty close to what Korean moms and grandmas would make at home for their family.

Green Tea Layer Cake

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2009
Very moist but too sweet and not enough green tea powder. I cut the sugar in 1/2 for the batter and used 8oz cream cheese to make the topping thicker. Also doubled the green tea powder for the frosting and came out wonderfully! Sprinkle some over the finished product, looks and tastes great!

Baked French Fries I

Reviewed: Mar. 14, 2009
Good! I used corn oil the second time around and tasted better. bake at 400 for about 25 min, 30min at most. Flip fries over 15 min into it, then frequently check on your fries or do taste checks for the next 10-15 min to make sure it is not overcooking/burning.

Black Bottom Cupcakes II

Reviewed: Mar. 8, 2009
Pretty good! I didnt put the choc chips in the cream cheese, so I added an extra tblsp of cocoa to compensate. I like having the chocolate and the middle cheese filling apart, its prettier looking too (and sweet on the outside and cheesy on the inside) Also, instead of 8oz I used 10oz of cheese to thicken the filling so it doesnt cave in once it cools off!! I baked it at 350 for 20 min, and eat it the next day! It's very tasty.. good luck!!
