Amazing! I roasted my own red peppers using a separate recipe. This turned out delicious!!! I, however, used shredded mozzarella.

Chicken Breasts with Balsamic Vinegar and Garlic

My husband is a food snob, and I'm just a beginner at cooking, so my palette is not as developed as his. I followed this recipe to a tee and he LOVED it!!!!

Roast Leg of Lamb with Rosemary

Reviewed: May 13, 2012
I followed a lot of the reviews to tweak this recipe because I was making it for Easter and didn't have room for mistakes. I used the thermometer and cooked it more well-done. It pleased even my guests who normally don't like to eat lamb. )I read the top 3 most helpful reviews focusing on the heat and moisture components).

Chef John's Harissa Sauce

Reviewed: Feb. 24, 2015
YUM! I had a hard time getting the membranes off the peppers though. I might blanch a little longer next time. I also need the coriander and caraway seeds. I looked up substitutions and was able to use cilantro, dill, and parsley. I can only imagine how much better it would be with the exact recipe.

I actually added chicken to this bake, added 1/3 cup water, mixed it all together, cooked it covered for 20, and uncovered for 20. It was DELICIOUS!!! My husband loved it.

Cottage Meatloaf

I used ground chuck the first time I made this and it turned out saucy and sloppy. Use the LEAN MEAT!!!! It was a thousand times better. My husbands favorite comfort food from allrecipes!

Spicy Tarragon Yogurt Chicken

Reviewed: Feb. 24, 2015
Perfection! And I didn't even have coriander and cardamon seeds for the harissa sauce. I subbed a blend of cilantro, dill, and parsley. I'm lazy in the winter and avoid grills and even grill skillets. I baked at 400 for 25 minutes, covered, like another user. I have a 2 year-old and a 3 year-old. Even they ate this.
