This was good. I would wait until the Taco Lasagna was cooked before I added the sour cream in the future. I also made my own taco seasoning. I would make this again.

Lime Chicken Soft Tacos

These are sooo good! I added a little bacon grease to them as well. Really, there isnt any need to keep them in the oven very long if you make them right away. Just 5 min to melt the cheese, then they are ready!

Garlic Chicken Fried Chicken

This was so good my boyfriend and I ate every last drop! I did use chicken tenders instead of breasts and I added some Tonys seasoning. I served it with another recipe from this site. It was mashed potatos with sour cream, chives, cheese, crumbled bacon, and a little bit of bacon grease! Also served with a cold beer.

Tzatziki Sauce I

I liked this sauce. In the future, I may add less garlic and use a greek yogurt instead. I served it with cucumber slices and toasted pita. It was a good appetizer.

Make-Ahead Spinach Manicotti

This was really delicious! I baked it the same day I made it. I cooked it for 40 minutes and the shells were perfect! In the future I might put a little more garlic and use a higher quality sauce.

Garlic and Ranch Turkey Burgers

I loved these turkey burgers! I added 1/4 cup breadcrumbs as suggested by other reviewers. I cooked them on the foreman for 4 min. I put a slice of american cheese on the buns and toasted them in the broiler. Then I sliced up veggies and topped it with sliced avocado. I usually feel like turkey burgers are bland, but this is a good way to spice it up. I also used creole seasoning instead of seasoned salt. If you need a meal in a hurry, this is a good one!

Mint Juleps

I had never had a mint julep before. It was good but too sweet for my taste. Even with less syrup, it is still really sweet. I gave it 5 stars because this is a good recipe and if you like sweet drinks, you will love this!

Colleen's Slow Cooker Jambalaya

This jambalaya was very tasty. My boyfriend and I are allergic to seafood so we substituted the shrimp for more sausage. It was a little watery so in the future I would probably use less broth.
