Came from a family of fantastic artistic bakers, chefs. Didn't learn much, just enjoyed when I could (was a busy kid). Didn't pick up the natural cooking nack, but enjoy the process when it works and tastes good.
Not sure how it's possible to be a novice after being in the kitchen this many decades, but it's true. With a bit of effort and humor, I hope to make something of myself.
