No Bake Chocolate Oat Bars

Reviewed: Jun. 25, 2010
I sent this recipe to my sister in law to see if it was the same one she'd made for us so many times...it wasn't and this one was SOO yummy! Definitely recommend serving it from the fridge.

I thought it was DELICIOUS. Even better the second day straight out of the refrigerator.

Garlic Butter Sauce I

Reviewed: Jun. 27, 2009
I was pleasantly surprised. Starving after I put my baby to bed and realized that my quick and easy pasta was not going to be so easy since I was out of red sauce (and out of tomatoes, etc.) I whipped this up in a jiffy w/o the oregano and it came out great!!

Strawberry Dream Cake I

Reviewed: Mar. 28, 2009
This cake was phenomenal!!! I would probably use a cream cheese frosting next time I make it but those that ate it with the frosting that it called for enjoyed it immensely!!

Restaurant Style Chicken Nachos

Reviewed: Mar. 19, 2009
This was delicious....and VERY easy! I cooked one large chicken breast on my george forman grill. Shredded the chicken and threw it in the saute pan with the garlic, white part of the onion and some jalapenos for an extra kick.

Sauteed Green Beans

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2009
This turned out great! I made it with Potatoes Au Grautin and Spicy Grilled Chicken. All I needed was a homeade dinner roll and the meal would have been complete.

French Toast Corners

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2009
Great flavor! Cutting into corners gives lots of room for creativity when decorating the plate. I used a melon scoop for butter, smothered them in syrup and sprinkled powdered sugar and cinnamon on top. Perfect for breakfast in bed....with tray of course :)

Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2009
You want a good looking cookie... THIS is the one!! Took exactly 15 minutes to bake. I let them cool ON my baking stone. They turned out with a slight crunch on the outside and a semi soft middle. I used 2 cups of chocolate chips instead of 1 1/2 :)

Chewy Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies

Reviewed: Mar. 1, 2009
I don't know WHAT I did wrong, but these turned out very flat and crispy! I've been trying a lot of chocolate chipe cookie recipes on here and found that this was my least favorite. The cookie tasted great but the texture and the look were NOT appealing!

Baked Potato Soup V

Reviewed: Feb. 21, 2009
Boiled the potatoes (chopped with skins)instead of putting them in the microwave. I added extra butter and salt because I like more flavor :)

Campbell's® Quick and Easy Chicken, Broccoli and Brown Rice Dinner

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2009
DEFINITELY follow the directions. Except....season to taste on the chicken. I tried a ton of alternates and ended up cooking MUCH longer than it asked because the rice took so long (5 minute rice with homemade makeshift cream of chicken soup).
