Chicken And Artichoke Penne With A White Sauce

I just read the ingredients and i cant understand why is this dish high on calories? 22 grams fat and 70 grams carbs!!! did i miss something? coz i had it before in a restaurant and i can understand that it can be fatty from the white sauce, so i guess it depends on the method a one will take to prepare the homemade beshamel sauce. anyway its a very delicious dish.

Quick Cake

Chocolaty, moist and delicious (oh and lets not forget LOW FAT!!), i cant even believe that there is no eggs or milk!!! and wow was it very fast indeed to prepare, i drizeled it with white melted chocolate and sprinkled some dark chocolate shavings on top.FANCY!!! gonna make it again and again for sure and maybe next time add some chopped up nuts in the batter.

Crazy Crust Pizza Dough

Just came out of the oven, really great, tender and chewy, i really like it, but the dough was very sticky couldent handel it so i added an extra cup and a half flour (used whole wheat) and i added more spices to it like dried oregano, basil and nutmeg, and used only one egg. turned out very flavorable.

Whole Wheat and Honey Pizza Dough

It was a nice dough but not the best, i need to keep experimenting untill i find the one. the only adjustment i did to this one is add two teaspoons of dried oregano to the mixture (as i doubled it)

Lite Carrot Cake

This cake turned out amazing!!!!! very moist and delicious indeed. i cut the recipe in half, used two and a half tablespoons oil with one cup carrots, i added vanilla to two egg whites and i used one yolk, a dash of nutmeg and doubled on the cinnamon plus i only used whole wheat flour but next time ill even reduce the brown sugar coz i can handle less sugary desserts but overall ITS A KEEPER.

Baked Ziti I

i googled this recipe after my fiance told me that he is baking this dish for his friend's super bowl gathering and since i am from Egypt i havent heard of it before but it happens that we have a very similar dish here but without all this cheese and this one sounds and looks amazing, who dosent love an extra cheesy dish but since i am trying to cook healthy, low calorie meals i dont think i am gonna try it, ill just leave it to chance that someone bakes it and invites me to try it!!!

Cinnamon Rolls I

It tastes very nice but i felt like something was missing in the batter plus i did everything mentioned in the instructions but the rolls didnt douple in size, why is that??
