My favorite things to cook
Breakfast, Mushroom Risotto, Soups, and Salads.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Don't come from much of a tradition-heavy background. My mum does make a good quiche though.
My cooking triumphs
Mushroom Risotto. Chickpea Patties. Omelettes. Soups: Tomato Fennel Soup, Roasted Yam Cream Soup, Chinese Crabmeat Soup, and Summer Green Soup are highlights.
My cooking tragedies
Microwave custard. Artichoke Parmesan. I'm sure there are more.

Caesar Salad Supreme
Wonderful base recipe. I didn't have any Worcestershire sauce, and I didn't make the croutons because I have a gluten intolerance and I don't think they're necessary. I also haven't been frying up the additional garlic. I've been eating Caesar salads for four days in a row using this recipe as my base. Thank you!

Quinoa Tabbouleh
AMAZING! So nourishing, delicious, and surprisingly easy and fast to make. I did make some adjustments: I halved the amount of grated carrot, I used red quinoa (mostly because I already had some on hand), I substitute the cucumber with zucchini because I can't digest cucumber, and I used two instead of three tomatoes. The zucchini lends a subtler more filling quality to the tabbouleh; try it out! Thanks for the recipe!

Linnie's Spanish Rice
Great recipe, thank you! It smell absolutely delicious when it was simmering. However, I agree with others that halving the amount of salsa is a good idea. I also found my rice a bit dry, so mixing some butter in it before fluffing might be helpful. I also used brown rice to make the recipe a lot healthier!
