Salad with Prosciutto and Caramelized Pears and Walnuts

Grilled Marinated Shrimp

This recipe is so simple and the shrimp tasted awesome. I marinated it over night by accident and it survived. I used the left-over shrimp in a sald and it was good cold as well.

Absolutely Fabulous Greek/House Dressing

So worth 5 STARS! So simple and easy. I did cut it down to 10 servings to try it and now wish I had made the whole batch! I put it on some pasta with tomatoes, black olives, red onion.....mmmm good! thank you for a great recipe.

Creamy Mexican Dip

This was a great dip after I added a tablespoon of taco seasoning mix (recipe from All Recipes)! I also only had 6 oz sour cream so I addedd mayonaise and that worked just fine!

Italian Spaghetti Sauce with Meatballs

WOW! so easy and delicious! I used 1/2 pound hot italian pork sausage with 1/2 pound hamburger and wow were the meatballs tasty. The sauce is so fresh! I recommend using crused tomatos instead of whole, just easier.

Swiss Chicken Casserole II

Holy macaroni was this good! My husband practically licked the plate! I skipped the wine and used chicken broth instead. I loved the crunch of the stuffing mix on top!

Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup

This soup is fabulous! I used one can fire roasted tomatoes with one can rotelle tomatoes with green chilis in addition to the can of green chilis! mmmm good! I also poached the chicken breasts with aromatics and that too was awsome!

Chipotle Crusted Pork Tenderloin

This pork is so easy and sooooo good! I too used less chipotle powder. The rub tasted hot before I put it on the pork, but after it was much milder. I won't change the recipe the next time I make it which will be very soon.

Beer Butt Chicken

This was the best grilled chicken I've ever had! It was so easy. I made two chickens and had plenty of leftovers. My neighbor, who is a chef, really enjoyed it and plans to make it for her husband. Thanks for such a great recipe! I will definetly add this recipe to my list.

Turkey Bow Tie Skillet

This recipe was so easy! My husband loved it! I did use extra Chicken broth, whole wheat pasta, red peppers instead of green and I doubled the spices to 1 tsp each. I will definetly make this again!

Creamy PHILLY Rose Penne

I agree the sauce is a bit thin and I used a 10 ounce container of the new cooking cream cheese. I also added shredded parmesan, sauteed onion and garlic, oregeno and baby peperoni. I liked it though and think this is a great basic recipe that can be built upon.

Artichoke Spinach Lasagna

I loved this lasagna! I made some modifications. I only used 8 oz broth, added portobello mushrooms, used fresh spinach, and did not pre-cook the noodles. I also used one jar Classico's roasted garlic alfredo sauce instead of red sauce. The dish was not runny, it did over flow the 11x7 I used.
