Banana Crumb Muffins
Woah! These are fantastic. Used canola oil instead of butter in the batter and put the topping on the muffins half-way through the bake time. Might put them on at beginning as specified next time; too sloppy putting them on midway through.

Crustless Spinach Quiche
Outstanding. Used a mix of Gruyere, Asiago and Mexican mix cheeses. Might cut down on the cheese next time.

Lentils And Spinach
Very tasty. Will definitely make again. Used full cup of dried lentils, added a shredded carrot and used 3 cups of chicken broth instead of water.
