Baked Spaghetti Squash Lasagna Style
Outstanding recipe! Even better left over. I sprinkled crumbled feta and sliced black olives on the left overs - a great addition to the layers of tatse. It was a little juicy the first night so I recommend draining the excess watery juice before serving. I did follow others advice adding a layer of washed fresh baby spinach. I also baked it in a 9x13 dish instead of the squash. I cut the squash in half - scooped out the seeds - and baked the squash cut side down on foil with Pam sprayed on. I baked the seeds with seasoned salt at the same time - made a good snack.

Spaghetti Squash I
Yummo - Great recipe - thanks for sharing I did as you suggested and added a nice bright stalk of broccoli. The feta cheese and olives really make this dish pop really - don't judge this recipe without them! I am going to spring for some stronger tangy black olives next time. I might add some red pepper flakes too just to spice it up a bit. This is a definite keeper for my vegetarian meals. Great filling dish for a diet night too! As others have said my squash was on the large side and it did take 40 minutes to get soft.

Five Minute Ice Cream
Outstanding recipe fast and easy . I made the exact recipe and it is great! Freezes nicely. I cut the recipe down to make just single servings using my bullet. I have also used the food processor it works great. Haven't tried the blender. So far I have chopped and frozen mangos, peaches, raspberries, blackberries, huckleberries, and made this recipe and they were all delish! As Rachel would say - Yum-O. When I make the recipe using peaches I add a little pure vanilla extract now. I even tried plain vanilla and it was pretty good.
