Pear Pie III
Made this pie yesterday. I had some ripe pears to use up and wanted something a litle different. It was awsome! The only things I did different was to add some cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger to the filling mixture, then sprinkled a little more cinnamon and chopped pecans on top. Propabaly this best pear pie I've ever had and soooo easy. Thanks for sharing this recipe. I will definately make again!

To Die For Blueberry Muffins
I made these for the second time today, and have decided that they ARE the BEST blueberry muffins I have ever had! I am a HUGE blueberry fan, and have tried several different muffin recipes. I will only be using this one from now on!! I also used brown sugar and cinnamon in the topping, and to the batter, I added 1/2 t vanilla, extra blueberries, and a "dollop" of sour cream (approximately 2 T). I made the full recipe of topping and used it all on 12 muffins. I did press it down (very slightly) onto the muffins so it wouldn't fall off the tops. Absolutely delicious!! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Carrot Cake III
I agree with the others! This is the best carrot cake I've ever had. I also took the advise of others and added extra cinnamon and some nutmeg. I used walnuts as they are hubby's favorite. I also added some coconut to the frosting, then sprinkled a good amount of nuts on top. It was a very impressive looking cake also. Absolutely delicious! I will definately make again!
