Amish White Bread

As a reluctant baker (and a very bad one), this recipe was the first yeast bread I've ever sucessfully made. I had no clue there was a special flour for bread...I followed the recipe almost religiously (I did lessen the amount of sugar a touch) and it came out beautiful and perfect. thanks for a great recipe...The only suggestion I have would would be to give novice bakers like myself a little more information on how long to knead the dough. I used my recently acquired KitchenAid mixer and it told me to use the dough hook on it for 5-6 minutes.
