I made this cake yesterday and it was delicious. Despite the fact that my one yr. old turned the oven temperature up to 475 degrees and the cake only took about 45min. to bake, it still came out great! Did use the cake flour-made it nice and light.

Black Beans and Rice

Rosemary Roasted Turkey

We made this recipe with a fresh organic turkey and everyone said it was the best turkey ever! We used thyme instead of basil and it was delicious. Even though it was a 32 pound turkey, this recipe was fantastic. Thanks!

Broiled Herb Butter Chicken

I made this for dinner tonight and it was very easy and delicious. I forgot to add the garlic and even though I love garlic, the chicken was nicely flavored. An easy dinner when you don't have alot of ingredients to worry about!

Easy Berry Parfait

I made this for a dinner party and everyone loved them! I used real whipped cream and frozen strawberries and it was delicious. Very easy to prepare too.
