Simple Garlic Shrimp

Absolutely magnificent! I followed this recipe to a T and had enough wonderful tasty sauce to add to fettuccini noodles to make a dinner just divine! Thank you so much for the how-to video. It showed just how simple this recipe is to have such an amaing result! Thanks!

CHRISTMAS Double-Chocolate Snowquakes Recipe -

Simply delicious! Theses are so light and chewy yet crispy on the outside. The icing sugar before you bake them makes them magic! I used mini reeses peanut butter cups (the size of chocolate chips) instead and the taste was superb with the chocolate. This will become part of my Christmas Cookie list!

Winter Pudding Up-side Down Cake Recipe

This dessert with the modifications that I made received rave reviews from my husband who says he's not into desserts! It is not too sweet and VERY moist. If using only one package of pudding mix, ensure to halve the liquids required. This is a keeper!

Mushroom Stuffed Chicken Rollups

This recipe seems to taste just wonderful no matter what! I didn't have the chance to pound the chicken breast this last time so I just placed the stuffing in the fold of the meat--just superb! I also make a little bit more of the stuffing and use it instead of the plain bread crumbs to sprinkle on the breasts with the cream before cooking. This is such an easy fool-proof dish that I also prepare in advance and refrigerate before cooking--I only add the cream before placing it in the oven. I've also decided to use half and half cream to reduce the calorie content without affecting the taste. 5 star!

Old-Fashioned Rice Pudding I

Great recipe--I added more rice (1/4-1/2 cup more) and baked it for only a little over an hour. The rice was tender perfect with a cake-like consistency. Just wonderful with tea!
