Moroccan Chicken Stew

I use boneless, skinless breasts. Toast the almonds in the oven at 350° or so for 5-10 minutes before you start the rest. I left out the raisins. For an Americanized version of a dish like this, this is surprisingly good. I will definitely be making this more in the future. The smells while it's cooking are incredible.

No Bake Peanut Butter Pie

Good and very easy. I used Oreo crusts and the regular size whipped topping instead of the monstrous vat called for and they turned out great. The first slice was average, but that's because it was too soon. It really needs to completely freeze and then it tastes great and holds together perfectly.
