This is my go-to recipe. I've done so many things to it. I've crushed up my kids leftover chocolate easter bunnies and put them in. I've crushed up candy bars and put them on top. Next time I make this I am going to put pretzels and m&ms on top. The possibilites are endless with this recipe.

Oatmeal Peanut Butter Cookies

These were good. They are quick and easy and everything in the ingredients list are things I always have on hand. My kids loved them and they generally dislike pb or oatmeal cookies, so for them to like a cookie that combined the two was a miracle!

Shredded Chicken Tacos

This recipe gets 5 stars simply because my 5 year old son who is the pickiest eater in the world, LOVED it! He inhaled two tacos and then asked for a third. My kids had sauce all over their hands and faces and kept saying, "Yum, Mom this is the best!" I will be making this again and again! Oh, I just used what I had on hand. I didn't have white vinegar so I used apple cidar vinager. I didn't have olive oil, so I used crisco. I used thighs instead of breasts, and seasoning salt in place of adobo and it still turned out excellent!

Jill's Summer Sangria

I made this three weekends in a row and plan on making it next weekend for a bbq. I love it and everyone I share it with loves it as well. The only thing I do differently is add more fruit, but I think the recipe is fine the way it is.

Icebox Sugar Cookies

Perfect! I left them in the fridge overnight and made them the next day. I rolled them out and cut them into circles. Sprinkled some sprinkles and nuts on them and baked for 8 minutes. Perfect! I've never had luck with sugar cookies, but this one was just like the store bought dough. Will use again because the kids LOVE them!

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes

This is an easy and fast recipe. I didn't have any milk, so I used water and they turned out great! My 3 year old son ate about 4 of them and would have eaten more if I let him!
